Cancellation & Conduct Policy for League of the Most Haunted: A Supernatural Tourism Summit
No-Cancellation Policy
All registrations for The League of the Most Haunted: A Supernatural Tourism Summit are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Due to the exclusive nature of this event and the commitments made to our venue and partners, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason.
However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no additional cost. To do so, you must notify us in writing at least 7 days before the event with the name and contact details of the new attendee.
In the unlikely event that the Summit is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, venue closures, or other force majeure events), registered attendees will be given the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled event.
By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Conduct Policy
Attendance at The League of the Most Haunted: A Supernatural Tourism Summit requires a commitment to professionalism, respect, and mature engagement. All attendees, speakers, exhibitors, volunteers, and event staff must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Professional Conduct: This event is a serious gathering of industry leaders, property owners, and professionals dedicated to supernatural tourism. Attendees are expected to engage with speakers, exhibitors, staff, volunteers, and fellow guests with maturity, respect, and professionalism.
- Zero-Tolerance Policy for Alcohol & Drugs: The consumption of alcohol or drugs immediately before, during, or after the event is strictly prohibited. Anyone who is found violating this policy may be asked to leave without a refund.
- Liability Disclaimer: The event organizers, venue, and affiliated parties are not liable for any personal injury, lost or stolen items, or other incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.
- Minors & Parental Responsibility: Attendees under the age of 18 are welcome, but a parent or legal guardian must accompany them at all times and is fully responsible for their conduct. Minors must interact respectfully and maturely with all speakers, exhibitors, event staff, volunteers, and attendees.
Failure to adhere to these policies may result in the removal from the event without a refund.
